12 Custom Leather Patch Hats – Made to Order
Get a set of 12 custom leather patch hats at a discounted bulk rate! Perfect for your business, team, club, special event, or as unique gifts.
We laser engrave and cut each patch from premium leather right here in our shop. The patches are heat pressed with professional-grade backing for a clean, durable finish that will last for years of wear. (Please note: patches are heat affixed, not sewn.)
How it works:
✔️ Send us your logo as a vector file (AI, SVG, EPS, or PDF preferred). If you only have an image (JPEG, PNG), we can often work from that too.
✔️ Want something else? We can also create custom designs, add text, or engrave other images.
✔️ We handle all digital design in-house and will send you an email proof for approval before production.
Hat choices:
– We typically use Richardson hats for structured styles and Yupoong for unstructured, but we can order from many other brands if you have something specific in mind.
– Our blank hat supplier usually ships quickly, so we can often offer fast turnaround times.

What kind of file do I need to send?
We recommend a vector file (AI, SVG, EPS, or PDF) for the cleanest engraving. If you only have a JPEG or PNG, we can often work with it, just send what you have!
Can you help me design a logo or patch?
Yes! We do all digital work in-house. If you don’t have a design yet, let us know your idea text, image, or style and we’ll help create a proof.
How long does it take to make my hats?
Once you approve the proof, production typically takes 2-3 weeks. If our blank hat supplier has stock available, we can often ship faster. Message us for rush orders!
What hat styles can I choose from?
We normally use Richardson for structured hats and Yupoong for unstructured styles, but we have access to many other brands. Tell us your preference!
Are the patches sewn on?
No, we use professional-grade heat press backing to firmly attach the patches. This creates a clean look and strong hold that lasts for years.
Do you offer other quantities?
Yes, message us if you’d like a different amount. We can do small batches or larger bulk orders.
