Personalized Handcrafted Oak Fly Box

Each of our solid oak fly boxes is handmade in our small shop, one at a time. I start with a solid (no joints) premium piece of red oak hardwood, CNC the cutout for the flies then I hand assemble the box. I hand sand with three different grits (120, 220, 320) to endure a beautiful finish and hand rub several thin protective layers of polyurethane to keep the natural wood beauty and protect from elements.

The box is engraved with the pictured fishing fly design and an optional name is added. You are welcome to have a different design engraved. Some people like a funny line or a piece of line art of a fish or fisherman or maybe a special message or date. We can do whatever will make the box a special gift.

The rich grain of real oak makes every box unique and the box will store up to 200 flies, this box is both functional and beautiful, a keepsake that will last for years.
